Really like this unit and it does what I want it to do silently and comfortably.

I found the 02 vibe advertised in Hammacher Schlemmer and was intrigued. I have a friend who did permanent brain damage by not knowing he had sleep apnea. This gives me the reassurance I need that my O2 level stays where it should be at night. Looking forward to seeing results when I exercise.
The customer service I received from Neil and Mark was incredible . I’m a computer illiterate and they walked me through this on a Saturday!

I bought this device for my mother, to nudge her during her sleep if her O2 goes below the set level. It has worked nicely until last week when the cable started heating up and stopped charging the device. I purchased it less than a month ago. I’ve ordered a replacement cable but am disappointed at how quickly it malfunctioned. What is the manufacturer’s warranty on the O2Vibe? I purchased it from Amazon.com.
BodiMetrics:
Our sincere apologies for the issue you had Dalia. It is very unusual for a charging cable to stop working. We have a one year warranty and will happily replace your charging cable free of charge. Just email us at support@bodimetrics.com and not Amazon as they do not have accessories or spare replacements.

Customer service is top notch and timely. If you buy this product and have a problem my experience is it will be solved in a timely, professional and friendly manner. I would highly recommend them. Mark seems to be there no matter when you need him. Great job. Would buy again.

I’ve had the O2Vibe for since October. I got it to help me with my sleep apnea. This product is a home run. I did get immediate results with it but the long-term benefits are fantastic. I use the Vibe as a tool – not just to measure oxygen. I have found that going to bed at a consistent time, eating less just before I go to bed, not exercising too late, and putting a pillow behind my back (to keep from sleeping on my back) are all contributing to a more oxygenated sleep. My tremors are slowly disappearing, I am more focused and energetic. Compared to a CPAP, this is easier, way cheaper, actually solves the problem instead of forcing air down your throat, fits on your wrist instead of covering your face, doesn;t involve your insurance company or your doctor, requires no maintenance, it’s super portable, easy to use and allows you to follow your long term progress with graphs. What’s not to like: DO IT. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.

I purchased the BodiMetrics O2 Vibe because I live at 8,200′ elevation in the Rocky Mountains and am working with a specialist at the Colorado Sleep Institute to improve my sleep. I have made 37 overnight sleep recordings and several fitness/workout recordings. I have recorded my sleep at sea level, 5,000′ and 8,200′. I recently purchased an oxygen concentrator from Amazon and have made two recordings while using it. This data has been very useful for my own understanding and for working with the sleep specialist.
Overall, I could not be more happy with BodiMetrics O2 Vibe. It is so well-designed that I think of it as “the Apple Watch of pulse-oximeters.” The unit is compact and sleek. I love how the sensor fits around my thumb rather than clipping over the end of my finger like other pulse-oximeters. This makes it very comfortable for sleeping. I have compared the heart rate readings with my Apple Watch and the oxygen readings with a hospital pulse oximeter. While they may not coincide on a moment-to-moment basis, it was clear to me that the O2 Vibe is measuring the same bodily functions, with a similar degree of accuracy.
Following the manufacturer’s recommendation to fully drain the battery before recharging and to recharge only when connected to a PC, the battery has consistently lasted for two overnight recordings and 2-3 hours of daytime use between charges. The monitor will store four recordings at a time.
The BodiMetrics app provides a seamless interface with my iPad. When both devices are powered on, they are immediately sync’d by Bluetooth and the latest recordings are automatically uploaded. On my iPad, I can view the results graphically, choosing between 10 hour, 5 hour, 1 hour, and 30 minute time frames. By pressing the magnifying glass icon, I can scroll through the entire recording, seeing the values by 10-second intervals. I can add notes and then easily upload the recording to my Apple NotePad, add it to a file folder, or share it. The interface operates just as I would expect within the Apple universe. There is also a BodiMetrics cloud where recordings can be automatically uploaded, stored, and shared. To date, I have made less use of the cloud feature.
I have one complaint about the operation of the unit. The O2 Vibe claims to be usable for “moderate workouts.” When recording a fitness workout on my AirDyne bike, the monitor does not accurately sense my heart rate, even when I keep my hands still rather than on the moving handle bars. I have worked out with the monitor on my left wrist and my Apple Watch on my right wrist, and they do not track well. (FYI, I have compared the Apple Watch with the heart rate monitor on Precor fitness machines, and the two track very closely, usually within 2-3 BPM in any given moment.) I have tried wiping the sweat from under the sensor, adjusting the band tightness, repositioning the monitor on my arm, and applying pressure with my fingertip to the top of the monitor. Each of these sometimes fixes the problem, but only momentarily. This apparent flaw does not diminish my satisfaction materially because my primary use for the O2 Vibe is for monitoring my sleep, which it does very well (including heart rate).
I have called once for customer service and my call was returned within an hour by the owner of the company! Not too shabby.
I am very happy that I bought the BodiMetrics O2 Vibe instead of one of the clunkier devices that I compared it to on Amazon.

I have purchased the BodiMetrics O2 vibe because the doctor told me to use a CPAP machine as I apparently get my blood oxygen down to 84 during sleep. I could not tolerate the CPAP and did not understand why I needed to use it. BTW every time i used it (3 times for 20 minutes) I chocked, I was waken up, and in the morning i had a cold.
I did not snored. So I returned the machine and decided to find something to gauge my problem.
I started to use the O2Vibe and realized (if the unit is correct) that my oxygen level never goes below 90 and most of the time I don’t have any drops in Oxygen at all. I am not sure if the CPAP machine is a scam or I really needed it.
in the meantime I will continue to monitor myself. It checks the Oxygen, your Heart Rate and your Body movements through out the night.
It has buzzed at me a couple of times but I don’t think the monitor corrects anything. It just monitors.
It lasts for 20 hours of sleep or 2 full nights.
The app is a little quirky. I find it hard to press the left and right arrows to scroll through the night record, as they are right at the edge of the screen. It is not very sensitive to the touch.
You really have to look for your own answers as the manual it is not very helpful. Please don’t use this as a cure as it will not correct your apnea (as it does not wake you when snoring) or if you have very low Oxygen. Unless the manufacturer says otherwise use this as information only for you and maybe your doctor, but please do not rely on it you suffer bad apnea or very low oxygen readings.
I will keep using it just to keep an eye on the blood Oxygen, that’s all.
BTW; the price is a little steep for what it is, as you can buy similar ones for 1/2 the price.

I purchased the BodiMetrics 02 Vibe for my husband who has been having episodes likened to sleep apnea. It has been amazing in getting him a baseline of information. Being that he is a very fit person, we are also taking note of diet and stress levels each day to compare with the results. Another perk is that I am sleeping better not worrying as much about him. The product is very easy to use and has not been a bother to wear. Of course, it does not take the place of also consulting with your physician, but it is a remarkable tool to enable a better quality of life.

I purchased this device to help me monitor my oxygen levels as I have lung disease. The O2 Vibe has worked fantastic and enabled me to improve my quality of life. I have shown it to the nurses and doctors and they are impressed with the accuracy. Overall a great device!

This device does exactly what it is advertised to do. I have a form of sleep apnea where my O2 levels would drop intermittently during the night. I would wake up not being able to see or having part of my body numb and paralyzed. Since using this device I have been warned with the vibration before my O2 level drops too low. I have had no more of those frightening episodes. It did not happen frequently enough to warrant a CPAP. I do not have enough good to say about this product. My only complaint is the durability to the attachment to the finger. But that is also a plus– it isn’t cumbersome. It is lightweight and barely noticeable.
